New Patient Consultation
30 minute initial appointment with enrolling GP/NP with comprehensive health history and assessment
Service Description
The thirty minutes appointment time allows for your GP/NP to spend time getting to know you and your health history and this is best done when you are well. This will involve a face to face consultation to assess your current health status and review your health history and family history health history with your enrolling GP/NP. It includes a review of all current medication, minerals and vitamin (please bring a list) all available results, a health assessment and a plan that includes comprehensive lifestyle assessment and counselling as required. The GP/NP may request any indicated blood tests, the GP/NP will contact you to inform you if a follow up appointment is required to review the results this can be arranged by phone consult if more convenient for you.
