Initial consultation

Duration – 90 minutes. | $220

This initial assessment includes an in-depth review of your health history, family health history, a detailed nutritional assessment, an evaluation of lifestyle factors impacting your wellbeing and a review of current supplements and medications.

Discussion around what has brought you in to see us and collaborative goal setting.

 

Creation of a tailored health plan including recommendations for dietary and lifestyle adjustments, supplements, herbal formulas and any relevant testing needed.

 

Follow-up consultations as needed to assess progress.

Duration – 45 minutes | $90

These review consultations allow us to monitor your progress, address any challenges, and make required adjustments.

Acute appointment

Duration – 20 minutes | $50

Online or in person

These 20 min consultations are designed to address immediate health concerns or minor illnesses.

This includes access to practitioner-only supplements or a personalised herbal formula.

Intended as a specific one-off session, follow up as needed.
